Sentiment on Future Agency Revenue While market conditions have increased workload , many agency principal / owners have a positive forecast for agency revenue over the next 1 to 2 years . 75 % of respondents forecast revenue growth , which the vast majority ( 57 %) selecting growth will be “ up slightly ”. Conversely , 22 % thought revenue would remain flat or be down .
Higher premiums have driven commission revenue up ; however , lower contingency compensation and increased costs have negatively impacted net profitability . As carrier appetites open , agencies are anxious for opportunities to write new business .
MEMBER SATISFACTION
79 % of survey respondents said they were “ satisfied ” or “ very satisfied ” with KAIA , while 19 % were “ neutral ”. We also asked how likely you would be to recommend KAIA membership to a friend or colleague ? This question is used to establish our Net
Promoter Score ( NPS ), a metric used to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty . KAIA ’ s 2024 overall NPS was “ 30 ”. This is an increase from past surveys of “ 27 ” in 2022 and “ 28 ” in 2020 . The NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters . The score ranges from -100 to + 100 , with higher scores being more desirable . A score above 20 is generally considered good , and a score above 70 is considered exceptional .
