What are your industry peers utilizing for technology in their agencies? As part of our recent Member Survey, we asked KAIA agencies about their technology usage and what tools they implement in their process.
We asked the question, " What are the technology solutions / tools that the agency utilizes to operate more efficiently and connect the agency?" The results below are ranked by highest percentage use to lowest from the survey responses.

The results show a strong trend towards technology use for quoting and customer interaction. Somewhat surprisingly, tools for data and lead generation are far lower in adoption for member agencies.
