The Big “ I ” Fall Leadership Conference took place from September 6-9 in the charming city of Grand Rapids , Michigan . With the primary goal of enhancing leadership skills and facilitating networking opportunities among attendees , the conference lived up to its reputation as a premier event for insurance professionals .
This year ’ s conference drew an impressive crowd , including state association leaders , education directors , young agents , and liaisons from all across the country . The diverse mix of attendees created a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere throughout the event . The conference had it all . There was the
Education Convocation , where state education pros huddled up to swap ideas , offer support , and aim for success together . Teamwork was the name of the game .

But it wasn ’ t all business . Kansas attendees went wild cheering for the Chiefs , even in enemy territory .
