COMP STUDY NOW REOPEN!
AGENCY COMPENSATION 360 STUDY INSIGHTS
Recently, KAIA worked with 36 other Big I state associations, industry tech consulting platform Catalyit, and InsurTech data platform Ennabl to develop the Agency Compensation 360 Study.
Across the country, almost 1,300 independent insurance agencies completed the study, including 74 with agency locations in Kansas. The insights from the study can provide members with valuable data to:
• Benchmark pay and benefits across roles, regions, and agency sizes
• Discover key compensation trends shaping the independent agency workforce
• Use real data to guide hiring, retention, and growth strategies for 2026
• Compare your agency’ s structure with peers across the country
However, only agencies that complete the study get access to the dashboard with these insights. The study has now reopened to accept new data from members, so if you haven ' t already participated you have another chance!
