The first quarter of our Fiscal Year is always very busy . We are wrapping up the membership dues renewals process , rolling out the 2023 Industry Partner program , finalizing the agenda and logistics for the annual convention , formulating the legislative agenda , and continuing work on our strategic plan . I ’ m happy to report that we are making progress on all those fronts , including the opening of registration for the KAIA Annual Convention that is February 6-8 in Wichita . We have put together a great slate of classes with tracks for personal lines , commercial lines , E & O , agency management , and farm / ag . A big thanks to Karlyn for all her hard work in pulling the conference together .
We also wanted to thank all of you that completed the membership survey . The participation of those that completed the survey was great and exceeded our expectations . The feedback from the survey will be instrumental in helping the KAIA board and staff formulate our strategic plan . We ’ ll also be sharing survey results soon . I appreciate Val finalizing the survey and getting it in the hands of members . Great job !
