ROB FISHER
Regional Production Director, Farmers Union Midwest Agency KAIA Director-At-Large Rob has been with FUMA since 2019 as the Regional Production Director. Rob has over 25 years in the insurance industry working in various roles on both the agency and carrier side. He is a graduate of Fort Hays State University, with degrees in Political Science, Organizational Leadership and will be completing his MBA in August of 2025. Rob is active in local government and with nonprofits within his community and on the state level. Rob has been married to Jodie for over 28 years and has 4 kids and 4 grandchildren.
BILL ROWLEN
President / Owner, Flury-Hinderks Insurance Agency KAIA Director-At-Large Bill Rowlen joined Flury-Hinderks Insurance Agency in 2012 and after having served in a variety of roles, is now the owner and President. Flury-Hinderks Insurance has a core focus of being one of the best personal lines agencies in the country and is proud to have recently attained a Reagan Best Practices award. Outside of work, Bill is an avid pickleball player and enjoys spending time traveling in the US and abroad with his wife and daughter. He serves on the board of the KAIA as well as the board of the Kansas FAIR Plan.

Regional Sales Executive, Imperial PFS KAIA YAK Chair Jordan Crow joined Imperial PFS in 2020 and serves as Regional Sales Executive for the Midwest, covering Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. She focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening client retention, and delivering technology-driven solutions, while providing strategic insights tailored to market conditions. Prior to Imperial PFS, Jordan was a Regional Sales Manager with a learning and development firm, leading a team that delivered executive-level training to Fortune 500 companies and state and federal agencies across the Midwest, West Coast, and Canada.
