Proceeds from this year’ s event will benefit the KAIA Young Agents of Kansas( YAK). This program is designed to foster the growth of young insurance professionals under the age of 45 or with less than 10 years of industry experience. Through networking opportunities, leadership development, technical knowledge, and confidence-building programs, YAK is shaping the future leaders of our industry.
The remarkable success of the YAK program has earned national recognition through multiple Big“ I” awards, showcasing the creativity and determination of these talented young professionals.
