Leawood , KS I would like to personally invite you to join your fellow agents , KAIA Staff , and especially our industry partners at this year ’ s President ’ s Classic Golf Tournament to be held at Ironhorse Golf Club in Leawood , May 6-7 , 2024 .
The KAIA Young Agents of Kansas ( YAK ) will be the beneficiary of the event ’ s proceeds . The YAK program is explicitly designed to help foster the growth of young insurance professionals under the age of 45 or with less than 10 years of industry experience . The YAK program provides networking opportunities , leadership development , technical knowledge , and confidence for our future industry leaders . By strengthening our young agents , we enhance our industry .
The growth and success of the YAK program has led to national recognition though several Big I awards recognizing the creativity and determination of these home-grown young professionals .
