This spring , the Kansas Insurance Department unveiled our newest newsletter aimed at our industry professionals : the Regulator Roundup . This is part of our effort to increase transparency and promote regulatory communication to folks in the insurance and securities industries in Kansas .
Every resident insurance agent , domiciled insurer , Kansas securities registrants , Kansas securities firms , and other entities that are regulated by the Kansas Insurance Department received this first edition of this electronic newsletter .
