On the technology side , we have implemented workflows within our agency management system where annual reviews are generated at just the right time to match up with renewal dates , carrier availability and policy downloads into our agency management system . In order to be as efficient as possible , our renewal forms display the last few years of customer responses so we can reference that in our renewal conversations .
