Over 60 % of respondents rated the value for the money of KAIA membership as “ Excellent ” or “ Above Average ”. 96 % rated it “ Average ” or above . While members find value in differing resources , KAIA staff will continue to focus on members and maximizing the value for members .
HOW WOULD YOU RATE THE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY OF YOUR KAIA MEMBERSHIP ?
The final question on the survey was “ how likely are you to recommend KAIA membership to a friend or colleague ”? This is the question used to develop our Net Promoter Score (“ NPS ”). The NPS is a metric used to measure the loyalty of customers to a company . It uses this single-question and provides a number score from the range -100 to + 100 , a higher score is desirable .
The NPS is calculated by tallying up your responses and subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters . Based on the survey , KAIA ’ s overall NPS was 27 .
Agencies with 4 or less employees are far less likely to recommend KAIA membership to a friend or colleague . When you look at responses of members in the 4 to 10 employee range , which makes up the majority of our members , KAIA ’ s NPS jumps to 45 . This is a number that we will continue to monitor .
