Place Your Foremost Commercial Business With The Hartford As of now you have probably received notice that Foremost is moving out of the commercial business sector effective July 1. You may not be aware that Hartford has purchased that book of business and will be renewing the policies on Hartford paper as they come up for renewal. All policies will be renewed whether the agent has a Hartford appointment or not. However, those without an appointment will not be able to write new business with Hartford. AScK has a long standing relationship with Hartford and can provide you with market access. You retain full ownership of your book of business and there are no volume commitments. KAIA Awarded 2018 Excellence in Insurance Education Award With the changes, Hartford has also expanded their appetite and in many cases is offering lower rates. Hartford’s expanded eligibility for their Spectrum Business Owner’s Policy is now up to $40 million in property and $20 million in payroll, providing solutions for your larger customer’s coverage needs. The Big “I” Agent Development group has honored KAIA with the Diamond level 2018 Excellence in Insurance Education (EIE) Award. KAIA will be recognized at the EIE Awards Luncheon during the Big “I” Education Convocation this August in Springfield, Mass. For more information or to discuss your Foremost book and using Hartford to write new business, please contact AScK at 1-800-229-7048 or [email protected]. The staff at KAIA are honored to receive such an important award and grateful for the recognition they have been given for their work. | May - June 2018 | KANSAS INSURANCE AGENT & BROKER 5
