Tell us about Action Claim Service.
Founded in 2004, Action Claim Service has experienced a rewarding and
successful career path due to our wonderful partners. Originating in Benton,
Arkansas, our goal is to develop a unique relationship with each of our
client companies. We work closely with each organization’s executive and
risk management teams to support their goals, minimize exposure, improve
efficiencies, decrease expenditures, and maximize their growth. During our
collaboration, Action Claim Service prides itself on straight forward, fast
and friendly service. We strive to exceed our customers and their client’s
expectations to guarantee long-term loyalty.
What brought Action Claim Service to Kansas?
We started servicing the state of Kansas in the past three years due to requests
from our carriers, involvement in KAIA, and our recent decision to hire Rich
Shepherd as our marketing director.

Action Claim Service Team’s genuine respect and appreciation for our business partners and their

client base and allowed us to grow from within. We are proudly servicing partners in 19 states from the
Southeast, Midwest, and now entering the West. This is a result of coupling our current philosophy
towards customer service with our interest to create new relationships.
What are the company’s future plans?
Action Claim Service initial focus is to continue to maximize our efforts with our current partners. We
strive to provide outstanding service in conjunction with supporting our clients with proactive efforts
to adapt to the industry to ensure positive results. We also maintain a flexible program to adhere to the
unique, specialized requests of our valued clients…new and current. It also is our interest to determine
and support our partner’s industry challenges to streamline their process and create an advantageous
relationship of mutual and supportive respect.

Action Claim Service also is proud to communicate we are experiencing similar growth with Action
Claims Administrators. Originating 6 years ago to broaden our full line of services, Action Claims
Administrators is a Third-Party Administrator paralleling our Claims division. It also prides itself in tailor-
made programs for our self-insured and municipality partners. ACA strives to reduce client’s indemnity
and cost exposure.
