We are a full lines agency offering personal, commercial, crop and employee benefits. WHAT MAKES YOUR AGENCY UNIQUE? Our agency is unique in that we handle every client and every claim personally. When you call our office you get to talk to a human. We don’t have voice mail. We are in this business to help our clients in the event of a claim. Claims are personally handled by our claims department – not calling a 800# to a company. We have many loyal clients, some who have been with us for 31 years. Our staff has over 150 years of combined experience. WHAT ARE YOUR AGENCY’S FUTURE PLANS? Our future plans are to continue to service our current clients for retention and account rounding and to grow by referrals. ANY MARKETING THAT HAS REALLY TAKEN OFF FOR YOUR AGENCY? By servicing our employee benefits sector we are able to grow our business by adding the employees as new personal lines clients. ANY TECHNOLOGY THAT HAS MADE YOUR ORGANIZATION MORE EFFICIENT? We continually grow with our management system to be able to service our clients faster with the use of electronics. We have also been able to help a couple of employees deal with their personal family commitments through use of technology to allow them to work remotely from their homes. Our management system lends itself well to this and it has been a win-win situation from both sides. ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR AGENCY? We are one of the few independent agencies in town that have not been bought out by an out of town agency. We believe in our core values that our clients deserve our time and professional advice. They are what make us who we are. They are not just a source of income. HOW HAS ASCK HELPED YOUR AGENCY? We try to use AScK as much as we can. If it is possible to place business with them before using a broker we will.
