Tell us about Capital Premium Financing: David Gabrielsen is the Founder, Owner, and CEO. David started CPF in 1983, at the age of 27 years old, in his hometown of Boise, ID. He was working three jobs; a dairy job at night, a shaved ice concession on the weekends( with his family), and kept the books for an apartment complex. David’ s dad taught him how to finance premiums. David took $ 40,000 equity from the sale of his home and obtained a $ 75,000 LOC from his bank. Voile’! Capital Premium Financing was born! His dream was to make $ 500 a month! David established a relationship with an agency in the Boise area ….. and fast forward 2017, that agency is still our trusted and valued partner. David ha and still has the passion and the dream to be the best of the best and to develop the same long term partnerships evidenced in the very first one established 33 years ago.
Today Capital Premium operates from its Draper, UT corporate office. David’ s passion and dream have not changed, nor has his platform of building the business one agency at a time, establishing those same long term partnerships in every city, county and state nationwide. That passion is the foundation for our CORE VALUES, which include 9 key points that are our hallmarks of success.
What brought Capital Premium Financing to Kansas? In 2009, Capital Premium expanded to a nationwide territory, but never changed our proven platform of establishing and building lasting relationships. Since 2010, we have enjoyed a joint partnership with the KAIA, serving all of their members.
