When Newhouse
purchased the
Model-A Fords
comprising his
collection, they had
been kept in a barn
and were up on
blocks. Mice nests
packed the tailpipes,
and mud and dirt
were caked on the car
bodies. Newhouse
said it took many
dollars and man hours
to return the cars to
their former glory.
