agency procedures. This seminar was developed by
IIABA and Westport in conjunction with their E&O loss
control program. Several experts in E&O will be on hand
to answer questions and provide examples of real-life
cases. This class qualifies agencies for a 10% loss control

agencies. This session will provide a positive framework

personnel maintain their moral compass. Real FBI case
examples help the audience understand the root causes
of unethical behavior and to facilitate the achievement
of agency goals at all levels with employee’s morality
and integrity intact.

in settling the estate of a decedent in Kansas. including
life insurance proceeds, wills, real property title, personal
property disbursal, probate and trusts. The second phase
will shed light on a relatively new issue that heirs should
be made aware of in any discussion of estate planning:
the decedents “cyberlife,” including websites one has
used and possibly stored personal information, credit
card information, passwords and email addresses.
