5/6 kiwifruit (peeled, divided)

1/2 cup ice

cup light rum

cup midori (liqueur)

1/2 tbsp cream of coconut (coco lopez)

1 1/3 ozs crushed pineapple (juice undrained)

Cut kiwifruit into cubes, and place in a blender. Set remaining kiwifruit aside. Add ice and remaining ingredients to blender; process until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard seeds. garnish glass with 1 kiwifruit slice.
