Khipuz’s offers a formatted ad section (logo/graphic) linked to your site, email address, etc. Readers can link to your website or contact you by e-mail, telephone or by snailmail. Banner and Ad design is free with a 12 month contract. Rates for Ad design are available upon consultation. You may submit your own ads but Khipuz retains the right to reject any ads it deems do not meet the standards of the Magazine. Online Advertising Terms & Conditions:
Payment is required in advance for the first 2 months and up to 6 months. Subsequent billing is on a monthly basis. Credit references may be required. Payment is due 15 days after invoice. Ads may be pulled if account balances are not paid by the due date. As space is limited, banner ads are sold on a first come, first served basis. All advertising is accepted subject to the publisher's approval upon determination that the products or service advertised are in keeping with Khipuz’s Magazine's philosophy. Khipuz Magazine's extends a 15% commission to recognized advertising agencies and a 20% commission to recognized non-profit organizations.
ACCEPTABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Khipuz Magazine reserve the right to reject any advertisement which does not conform to professional standards of presentation or which appears to be misleading, unethical or offensive, or which in any way would tend to lower the credibility of the magazine and/or its advertisers. The advertiser and/or advertising agency assume liability for all content (including text, representation and illustrations) of all ads sent to Khipuz Magazine, and responsibility for any claims against the publisher arising therefrom.
Khipuz Magazine does not guarantee minimum views or clicks for ads, and we do not provide reports to the advertiser. Access to traffic reports is available by special request.
By authorizing an agency to place advertisements in its behalf, an advertiser also agrees to pay for such ads in full if for any reason its authorized agency is or becomes unable to do so.
