ENDING THE SESSION
After the feedback the facilitator needs to thank the members for their active participation and then reflect on the themes that were
discussed, and then add the information that was left out.
ASSESSMENT
The facilitator asks the members to reflect on the day's session. They need to say what has stood out for them and what they have
learnt, and also how they plan to implement it in their everyday lives.
CLOSURE
The facilitator needs to discuss and link the following session to today's session. Ask the group to think of their children's development
from birth up to the age of their own children. It will be discussed in the next session.
Discuss the children's group-session aims. In this session the children practised identifying their own emotions and they looked at
effective ways to share their emotions with the people around them.
CHILDREN'S HOMEWORK
This time around, the children were told that their mothers will give them their homework and that they must ask them for it. The
mothers must ask their children how they (their children) feel and why they feel the way they say they feel. The mothers must
encourage their children to talk about their feelings and emotions.
