Toilet paper exercise
Materials needed: Roll of toilet paper
Activity
Pass a roll of toilet paper around the group and ask that each member take between 1 and 10 sheets. Tell the group it is
up to them how many blocks they want to tear off, and they will find out what they will be doing with them once everyone
has taken them. Once all the members, including the facilitator, have taken sheets from the toilet roll, they must inform
the group that for every sheet they have taken, they have to tell the group something about themselves. For example, if
some of them took five sheets, when it is their turn they must tell the group five things about themselves. Especially since
this is the first session, it is a good idea for the facilitator to begin this exercise to get the ball rolling.
