OUTLINE OF THE SESSION - Welcome - The feeling thermometer - Climbing down the Tree exercise - Feedback on previous session (making a new friend) - Ice-breaker: Emotion dice ICE-BREAKER Emotion dice Activity Aim: To distinguish and label emotions Materials: Oversized emotional dice Time: 5 minutes Guidelines: Throw oversized emotional dice to a child in the group. - The emotion facing the child should be played out by the child without using words, and the others in the group - Then the child throws the dice to the person next to him or her, etc. - This game helps the children get reacquainted with their emotions. should guess.
