OBJECTIVES
The following objectives are set for Session 6:
At the end of the session the children should be able to
-
describe a situation they experienced as difficult and what they did to cope with it (they
have to connect their coping style with their own strengths and abilities);

describe what it means to resolve a problem (a problem cannot always "be fixed", but you
can do something to get through it); and
-
identify ways of coping with stressors.
