Regular supervision sessions are recommended for the group facilitators. Weekly supervision sessions with a health care professional(s)
will provide opportunities for debriefing and to ask questions regarding the manual.
ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Ethics is an important component to consider when dealing with any form of HIV/Aids counselling and ethics training are recommended
for the group facilitators.
