Session 4 SESSION 4: DESCRIBE SELF AND FAMILY WITHIN COMMUNITY 'MY COMMUNITY' OBJECTIVES The following objectives are set for Session 4: At the end of the session the children should be able to describe family values (e.g., things that their caregivers encourage them to do and discourage them to do); identify several community values and talk about how they are similar/dissimilar to family values (e.g., unique things about all of us, and also ways in which we are all the same); discuss if they agree or disagree with the above values identified; and describe central aspects of their community (where they live, other kids in the community they play with, and resources in the community).
