OBJECTIVES
The following objectives are set for Session 9:
At the end of the session the children should be able to
-
understand that communication is important (when? why? how?);
-
identify what is important in making a group or a team work (e.g., sharing);
-
understand that members of a group have different roles (can use an example
of family or team) - all roles are important and deserve respect;
-
understand what is okay (e.g., give everyone a chance to speak and play) and
not okay (e.g., bullying, physical aggression) in relationships with others; and
-
discuss "respect": What does it mean to respect your friends? What is tolerance?
