Updates are possible for CmDongles with serial number 3-xxx. New CmCard/SD 4GB now available With a Hyperstone S8 flash controller, SLC flash, and the Infineon SLM97 as CodeMeter smart card chip, the new CmCard/SD 4GB offers top reliability, speed, long life, and the full CodeMeter capabilities, including Universal Firm Codes. Updated certifications New tests by Underwriter Laboratories (UL), the VDE test and certification institute, and KISC in Korea have again confirmed the conformity of CmDongles with current standards: REACH, the new SVHC list, China RoHS, CE, FCC, VCCI, RCM, KCC, and UL, thus providing certified security for everyone shipping products with CmDongles anywhere in the world. All new Kontron designs will come equipped with CmASIC, available in the VQFN-32 package with USB and SPI interfaces. Phoenix Contact Group chooses CodeMeter The Phoenix Contact Group has chosen CodeMeter for its protection and licensing needs as part of a comprehensive new partnership.
