“BLAST FROM THE PAST” APRIL 2014: BIG HUTCH K nown from being a part of the hit group “Above The Law”, Big Hutch is now working on his latest project called “The Big Hit”. This new album has a mixture of lots of genres of music. This hip hop pioneer hails from Pomona, California. Big Hutch has earned his stripes working with numerous heavy hitters in the industry and now he’s venturing out on his own. Check out our interview as we catch up with rapper Big Hutch. Keeta Keyz: So what made you change your name from "Cold 187" to "Big Hitch"? Keeta Keyz: What should we expect from you in the future? Big Hutch: Well my name is Cold187 A.K.A. Big Hutch now because I want my family name to live on in the industry too. Big Hutch: You should expect lots of music. There will also be music for films and television. I started my own publication media company called “Rock Boys Enterprise”, which I'm doing a magazine and putting out an artist named “Cali Barnes”. Cali is an elliptical machine and he will be dropping in May. The Shaelyn Rolf album will also be dropping on my label “Westworld Big Shot”. Keeta Keyz: You have worked with tons of well known artists and labels in the industry. How does it feel to know you took part in a lot of music's history? Big Hutch: It feels great to be able to work with such great artists like NWA and Eazy E. Plus to be a part of musical history and to change music in a whole; it's an honor. Keeta Keyz: Give us your 3 top artists in the industry. Keeta Keyz: How can your fans contact you and follow your tour dates or music? Keeta Keyz: Tell us about your latest project. Big Hutch: “The Big It” is 10 songs produced by me. I call the music cool gumbo. It has a lot of different types of fusions of music such as, G Funk, Hip Hop, Rock, Rhythm and Blues, and Soul music. Keeta Keyz: Who are some of the artists that are featured on this album?
