Key Club Newsletter [2016-2017] May & June 2017 | Page 6

Arlene has been by my side throughout the whole entire year, whether or not it was Key Club related she would always lend a helping hand. She is a perfectionist, a leader and someone who you would always look for. This year, Harbord Key Club decided to add an official district position to our club, the bulletin editor. The reason why Harbord Key Club hasn’ t had one was because of the workload that the position has, it is arguably as much work as the president role. That being said, Arlene was the perfect candidate, someone who excels in media arts, a creative mind, perfect communication and most importantly, the mentality to go above and beyond. Her newsletters have caught the attention of many current and past key clubbers across eastern Canada, the countless hours that Arlene has spent on each newsletter has paid off. Aside from the bulletin editor position, Arlene has been the most active and committed executive, she was a HUGE help in organizing Key Week and was the go-to person when it came to the scrapbook and posters. This might sound cliché but Arlene was no doubt the key to this year’ s executive team, I
couldn’ t have done it without her. Thank you Arlene!-Adrian Lo, President

2016-2017 Bulletin Editor ' s Final remarks

Hello everyone, it was my pleasure to have been the 2016-2017 Bulletin editor. Throughout the school year, I have heard many positive feed backs, and support from everyone and I am every thankful for that. While I edit the newsletter I can’ t help but notice how much fun some people have during different events which made me wish I had attended. I hope that for readers out there you may have found some events you wish to try out next year! Overall I had a great year in Key Club, and I hope you all had as much fun reading the newsletter as I did making them. This year I will be graduating, and I would like to introduce our newest Bulletin Editor Breanna Seto! I wish her the best of luck and I am sure you will love her newsletters as well. Have a great summer!
