History Year 3 took on the Roman Empire and created fantastic Roman shields. Year 4 became the Vicious Vikings. Using their acquired knowledge of Viking travel and weaponry, they made colourful shields and recreated a fierce battle. Year 5 used their craft skills to sew bells on to their costumes and energetically performed as Tudor Morris Dancers. Year 6 learnt about WW2 spies from The National Archives teachers and loved making their own Anderson shelters and spitfire models. 51
