I am one of the two House Captains for Osprey House . I am in the A team for hockey , netball , rounders and cricket . In my sports life at this school I have been to a few tournaments and IAPS fixtures . My favourite memories are the French Trip , Bushcraft and the many Summer Fairs . Bowles was my first residential trip away from home . During these trips , I have made many amazing friends and memories that I know I will keep for a long time . Kew College has understood me . I have been here for 8 years and I feel that I am leaving well prepared for the future at Surbiton High School and beyond . I am hoping Surbiton will be as good and as much fun as Kew College . I will miss Kew College lots but I am excited for my future .

I have been at Kew College for four years in total . I began in Nursery , very excited but nervous about my first day . That year flew by and the next thing I knew I was already a big girl in Kindergarten . In Year 1 I moved to Dubai for four years , but came back for Year 6 . As soon as I walked through the doors I felt welcomed , comfortable and safe . I get this same feeling every day as I walk into school . This school has helped me get through my exams and has prepared me fully for the future . I have many very good memories from Kew College . Next year I will be going to Surbiton High School and am excited for a new start , but I will be sad to leave Kew College .

The end is near ! Soon I will be leaving Kew College with so many special memories , like cutting myself a fringe in Kindergarten , becoming a member of the School Council in Year 3 and playing against my cousin in an A-Team hockey tournament . Over the eight years I have been here I have gone on many school trips . I will never forget the surprise Year 6 outing to Kew Gardens where we feasted on cupcakes and played games like capture the flag . My favourite trip by far was France . I loved canoeing and falling off my boat , dancing my heart out in the talent show with all my friends and , even though it wasn ’ t a proper activity , playing “ truth or dare ” in our free time . Even though I ’ m sure I will enjoy my new school Arts Educational , I will miss Kew College and everyone in it .

I have been here since Nursery and have enjoyed every moment . Throughout my eight years here , I have achieved many goals . I ’ m Athletics Captain and my charity , React , was chosen as the new school charity . I arrived as a shy girl and I ’ m leaving confident and following my dreams . I have learnt so much from Kew College . My friends and I are very close and I hope to keep in touch . Kew College has prepared me extremely well for secondary school and now I ’ m going to Notting Hill and Ealing High School to follow my sister . Farewell Kew College and thank you for the excellent memories I am taking with me !
