Year 6

My first step past the Kew College gates might have been small , but it was a giant leap on the journey of my life . I joined in Year 4 , and have loved the school . I have learnt so much and the teachers are the greatest I ever met , they are irreplaceable . I remember my first experiment in Science , making a fake working diges ve system . We tested it with bread and orange juice , a pair of leggings , a plas c box and cup , these were unique ingredients for a scien fic experiment . Apart from plenty of sports and a fantas c educa on , I loved the plays and residen al trips . The French trip , Bushcra and Hooke Court were the highlights of my life . The three short years I have spent here have been the best of my life ; I am incredibly lucky to have gone to this school . Thank you Kew College for the best me ! David M 6T
When I joined Kew College in Year 3 , I was instantly welcomed and everyone made sure I was comfortable and happy . On my first day , I did not want to go home due to the masses of exhilara ng experiences . One of the best experiences at Kew College was most certainly Bushcra where we learnt how to build shelters and cook our own food over the fire . Another thrilling adventure was France , where we embarked on an exci ng trek through a mud assault course and tasted the delicacy of French cuisine ( les escargots ). Kew College has taught me so much , it has helped me grow and extend my knowledge , making life las ng friends and crea ng memories that I will treasure forever . Sophia H 6S
My eight years at Kew College have been fantas c and I will remember every moment . I have formed a great group of friends that I will keep in touch with for many years to come . There have been many amazing teachers but one of my favourite experiences was Frac on Island . My favourite memory was ge ng to the top of the climbing wall in Year 3 and figh ng my fears . It felt like I was on top of the world . My school life has been spectacular and I do not think anything could have beaten it . The many esiden al trips have been great , especially France . I loved the mud assault course and canoeing . I cannot thank Kew College enough for everything , including the fantas c teachers , the awesome trips , and preparing me well for my exams . I am looking forward to star ng my new school , Godolphin and Latymer , and I will take with me so many fond memories and experiences . Emily C 6T
My me at Kew College has been filled with fantas c memories , inspiring teachers and some very enjoyable events . As well as this , I have made very firm friendships . I will always remember climbing to the top of the wall on Founder ’ s Day , going to Hooke Court in Year 5 and visi ng the Houses of Parliament in Year 6 . I also immensely enjoyed the trip to France , in par cular canoeing and jumping into the bone chilling , ice cold lake . During my me at Kew College , my favourite lessons have been Music , Art and English . Kew College has helped me through my exams and prepared me for my next school , Godolphin & Latymer . I have mixed feelings about leaving as I am sad about leaving all the friends I have made , but eager and excited about moving on to secondary school .
