Mark Eastman is an ambitious Trinidadian fashion designer. His background in Art and love of clothing
motivated him to pursue Fashion Design as a career at a young age. He is a graduate of the Caribbean
Academy of Fashion Design, the first and only Institute of its kind in the Caribbean. He possesses a
Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design. An avid fashion blogger and fashion illustrator, his design
aesthetic is inspired heavily by worldly cultures with a mixture of street style and Caribbean roots. He is
currently working as an Assistant Designer with Robert Young of The Cloth, a leading men’s and
women’s apparel line in Trinidad. He is also the Head Designer for the Dappered by Mark Eastman brand
which specializes in the production of bowties and accessories. In 2013 he was chosen as one Trinidad & Tobago’s emerging designers to participate in the International Fashion Showcase which was held in
London. Mark also debuted his first menswear collection at Caribbean Fashion Week in 2015. When he isn’t at the cutting table, he spends his time at the beach and looking for new music online. He is
