It is a plantation theme hide-away in 90 acres of coffee, pepper, vanilla and rubber
plantation. The accent is on living in harmony with nature, providing all material
comforts like tiled flooring, running hot cold water. The cottages are built with local
materials with little use of sand, cement etc. The lower area of the resort has eco
cottages. The luxury cottages are built with interlock brick that needs no sand and
cement and cement is used only for flooring concrete and tiling The bathing water of
each cottage is sent to a dry pit exclusive to that cottage that is filled with broken
bricks and sand, thus the water is filtered in this
