Regency Beach House , Walmer , nr Deal Ahoy there ! Built for an admired admiral , Regency Beach House is now the epitome of coastal luxury . The house has a cinema , six bedrooms , a modern kitchen , a huge dining room and brilliant coastal views from the seafacing bay windows .
In the warmer months , you can wander in the glorious front walled garden ; a fantastic feature of this house . With the glorious seafront and beach as you step out of the front door , finding your seaside legs shouldn ’ t be a problem .
Beachside Apartment , Broadstairs Located on The Parade , which is considered Broadstairs ’ high street of independent shops and restaurants , Beachside Apartment is the perfect weekend-sized place for two with fantastic views and an excellent way to find your year-round dose of ‘ vitamin sea ’.

The Wonky House , Rochester From the beautiful interiors to the exceptional views over the historic Rochester Cathedral and castle , The Wonky House is just steps away from the vibrant , cobbled high street of this charming riverside city . It ’ s also situated right above a small microbrewery where you can get a different kind of taste of all things local .
As the name suggests , this beautifully preserved historic house has a character all of its own . Newly refurbished , the interiors are warm with muted colours coupled with gorgeous fabrics , antique pieces and local artwork .
Cockpit Cottage , Elham Cockpit Cottage is named for being on the site of village ‘ cock pit ’ in the 17th century . The only fight visitors today may have is with the duvet as they battle their way out of their oh-so-cosy beds here . Grade II listed , Cockpit Cottage was beautifully renovated in 2024 and now offers outstanding accommodation for families and groups of friends .
Each of the five bedrooms offers a luxurious experience including sumptuous beds and linens , stunning bathrooms and comfortable sitting areas around the house . Why not settle in with a good book or play board games by the cosy wood-burning stove ?

Hearts of Oak , Biddenden Hearts of Oak , a double-fronted Georgian cottage , sits in the heart of the village of Biddenden , one of the most idyllic villages in the Weald of Kent . Along with the village church , pub and shops , Biddenden has a serious foodie pedigree with a much-awarded local restaurant being just yards from Hearts of Oak ’ s front door . For a more everyday experience , the holiday home is very near to The Bakehouse Cafe , which means you can pick up breakfast and lunch without lifting a finger in the kitchen . If nosing around vineyards is more your thing , within a mile is Biddenden Vineyards and cidery who are happy to share their award-winning tipples .
Inside , the cottage is steeped in character and history with handpicked pieces and antiques adding to its charm . There are two sitting rooms both warmed by real fires , meaning they brilliantly lend themselves to cosy evenings in . Upstairs , with original floorboards and attractive ornamental fireplaces , there are three comfy double bedrooms .
