Congratulations!
Message from
the panel
Hello to all Mid
Kent residents!
The panel has
continued
to work with
AmicusHorizon
on your behalf.
We’ve been
monitoring work
carried out by staff and contractors
for continual improvement.
Our priorities
The Area Panel has set three priorities to focus on
over the next four years:
Anti social behaviour
Money matters
Resident service and communication.
Congratulations to our
chairperson Graham Whitehead,
who’s recently passed two
Open Award exams with Tenant
Central, run by TPAS (Tenant
Empowerment Organisation).
He can now use the knowledge
he’s gained to help the Area Panel
understand performance information
and tenant scrutiny.
There are many ways you can be involved as a
resident. We welcome you to join in and contribute
to the organisation. We always look forward to your
input. The panel considers feedback carefully, even if
you make just one comment on a survey.
Thank you to all residents who attended our events
last year. The panel enjoyed listening and talking
to you. We’d also like to welcome Louise Chilley,
who joins the Mid Kent Area as a Housing Officer,
covering Kayleigh Fosbraey’s maternity leave.
MyAccount is so handy!
Panel member, Lindsey Davies tells us about
her experience of using MyAccount, our
online customer portal.
“I use MyAccount to pay my rent, check planned
maintenance and to check progress of reported
repairs. If I need to ask anything extra, I send a
request. I can do it at any time of day. Plus I get an
automated reply with a reference number, so I can
keep track of everything I’ve requested!”
