Install Signage Along Easement Right-of-Way
Keesler AFB and the cities of Biloxi and Gulfport should work to incorporate signage in their Capital Improvement Plans . The signage would alert property owners about the high pressure gas line and the 30 foot easement . In addition , the signage would alert and encourage property owners to keep the area free from structures to facilitate access by government officials and contractors should the pipeline require maintenance or in the event of an incident . Potential public-public partnerships should be used to fund the development and installation of the signs .
