HAND WASHING
Wash your hands regularly with soap for the recommended 20
seconds. If you sneeze or cough in your hands, wash immediately.
Use sanitizer often. Do not share supplies or materials. On average, a
person comes in contact with 300 surfaces every 30 minutes,
exposing them to 840,000 germs. A survey by SCA, a global hygiene
company, uncovered that consumers understand the importance of
hand hygiene, but their practice may be grossly exaggerated.
