You will take responsibility for your own learning to become an independent learner, seeking help and highlighting issues as and when they arise. You are expected to meet the academic requirements of your course, and the University, and to engage fully with your studies, including:
• Attending learning and teaching events specified by your Schools;
• Submitting all assessments by the specified deadlines;
• Attending all University examinations;
• Notifying your School( s) in advance of the class or learning and teaching event( according to arrangements specified by your School) if you are unable to attend for medical or personal reasons.

We will provide feedback on your assessments in a timely manner and in a level of detail deemed appropriate by academic staff based on the assessment activity and your performance. Normally this feedback will be in a typed form, but sometimes the feedback may be hand-written or verbal.

Use feedback comment to reflect on how best to improve your learning and achievement, and actively seek out clarification where necessary.
We will:
Provide good quality library, e-learning and computing facilities that are accessible, suitable to student needs and available as advertised.
You will:
Respect the rights of others to enjoy equal and undisturbed access to learning resources. You will use the information technology and library services according to their Conditions of Use.
