Undergraduate Prospectus 2017
What it’s
really like
No one tells it like our current students.
And they’ve all got their own perspectives
on why Keele is the place to come.
Hannah Watts
Biology with Forensic
Science, Third year
I’ve used the disability and
dyslexia service, as I have
hearing loss. They created
personal evacuation plans for me and
provided a deaf alerter in my room to
ensure I was safe on campus. I also go to
a different room in exams, which is more
flexible if you need extra time and breaks.
Adam Mawardi
Law, Second year
Students often go to open
days and find that some negative
aspects were left out of the
prospectus, or the university just
failed to meet their expectations.
When I came here, Keele was
even better than the prospectus!
You can’t appreciate the sheer
beauty of Keele until you see it
with your own eyes.
Megan
Hayman-Tansley
Philosophy and
Psychology, Second year
Don’t be afraid to take electives
outside of your course! I did
politics modules in my first
year, and really treasured the
opportunity to do my degree and
learn other subjects, too.
