Course type Dual honours Entry requirements Teaching and assessment All teaching in this programme is strongly research led, based on our staff’s internationally renowned original research. Most modules are taught through a combination of lectures and seminars. Lectures are designed to move beyond the basic texts and to encourage critical assessment of conflicting views and theories. In seminars, you will take part in discussions and debates in small groups facilitated by lecturers and professors. Some modules are assessed through a combination of coursework and examinations; some are assessed only on written coursework, while in other modules oral presentations and other types of seminar contributions are formally assessed.
