Second year
Core modules:
International Business and Law is designed by the
two schools to ensure that students develop a critical
understanding of the challenges of global business
activities, located within a clear understanding of
the legal frameworks that shape the operation of
international business at UK, EU and international
levels. In order to support you, we ensure you
develop key legal skills and attributes in relevant
modules and ally them to a thorough exploration
of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of fundamental business skills
and knowledge.
The International Business and Law programme at
Keele offers an authentic blend of management
knowledge and methods designed to give students
leading-edge opportunities in the highly competitive
world of business. It integrates this with a carefully
structured and incremental development of relevant
legal knowledge and methods to support, for
example, the operation of contracts and company
law and ensures that students can locate these issues
within a genuinely international context.
