You may already have questions or concerns about starting
your postgraduate studies. Or things may come up while
you’re here. Whatever your worry, we’re here to help and
support you. We offer a wide range of services to provide
information, get you back on track or simply be alongside you.
Student Services Centre

This is a one-stop-shop for anything to do with being
a student, whether that’s a concern about money,
an exam query, a personal issue, an accommodation
problem or coming to study here from another country.
Our staff are on hand to offer professional support and
guidance whenever and however you need it.

Mature students

Mature students have a dedicated contact within
Student Support and Development Services (SSDS),
as well as access to all other student services available.
We offer advice on mature student life including
students with families.

International students

International Student Support are here to support all
International, EU and EEA students. We can provide
specialist help and advice with any visa or immigration
queries, information on working in the UK and assistance
with any personal or academic issues you may have.
If English is not your native language, then the English
Language Learning Unit are here to support you
throughout your studies.

ASK (Advice and Support at Keele)

ASK is a great source of information, advice and
representation. Even better: it’s free, confidential,
impartial and non-judgemental. ASK staff can advise
you on all sorts of things, including academic
issues and university regulations, welfare benefits,
consumer issues, employment, debt, fees/finance,
immigration/visas, local information, grants, housing,
loans, personal matters and more.
