The world that we live in has seen and is experiencing rapid change , which brings with it constant challenges .
These are nothing new to Keele . We were founded by A . D . Lindsay – former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford – with “ the study of modern society ” central to our curriculum .
Over 70 years on and we ’ re still creating graduates who are knowledgeable not just about their individual subject areas but also about the world around them and how they can help change it .
We strive to create graduates who are not only career-ready , but also critical thinkers , resourceful , and with the ability to adapt to the challenges that will be placed before them over the decades ahead , for jobs that don ’ t even exist yet .
