Keele offers a range of pathway programmes
to prepare students for undergraduate study.
The courses combine subject
specific modules with study skills
and English language (where
required) taught in small classes with
plenty of support to enable students
to acclimatise to the new learning
environment and get the best start
to their university life. Progression
to a Keele degree programme is
guaranteed for students meeting
the academic thresholds and where
possible international students are
offered a CAS for a visa for the full
duration of their studies.
In order to offer a broader range
of courses and entry points, Keele
has partnered with Study Group
which delivers Foundation and
International Year One courses in
the Keele International Study Centre
(ISC). The programmes have been
designed in collaboration with Keele
to ensure students are prepared to
succeed in their degree and in their
future career.
The Career Ahead programme, open
to all ISC students, helps to develop
key employability skills, such as
leadership, communication and
teamwork – skills that can easily
be transferred to a professional
working environment.
