As we are working remotely now , bookings can be made via our website at www . keele . ac . uk / artskeele / music . They are also available at most events however we advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment . We do not have a booking office on campus .
Online The easiest way to book tickets is now online , and you will be sent an e-ticket . Online purchases can be done by visiting our website .
Phone Opening Hours You are able to call the Box Office Monday to Friday 10am-2pm , other times answerphone and we will respond to you .

Tickets bought over the telephone are not posted . Some tickets will need to be collected from the ticket desk at the event and some will be in the form of an e-ticket . For concessionary tickets , proof of status may be required .

Group Discounts Groups can buy nine tickets for the same event and get the tenth one free ( applies to the cheapest ticket ). To receive a group booking tickets MUST be booked in advance at the same time .

Young People All young people aged 16 and under go free .
Returns Unfortunately no refunds are available for unused tickets . If an event sells out we will endeavour to sell on spare tickets if requested .
Cancellation of Event If an event is cancelled we will offer refunds on all tickets sold .
