Gloria Macapagal Arroyo – As Estrada’s vice president, she took his place as the president of the Philippines after the events of EDSA 2. She later ran for reelection in the 2004 elections against FPJ, wherein the “Hello Garci” scandal happened. She was also involved in several other scandals, but in spite of all of that, she was still able to hold on to her position as president.
