glittering golden hair, walked in and let me tell you, oh my gosh! The way he introduced himself was just, like, you know, so adorable. What did you say, baby? You don’t remember? Well, to tell you the truth, I really don’t either. Don’t get me wrong, but nothing else came to my mind except those juicy, gorgeous lips of yours. (Giggles) As you have probably noticed, I immediately sensed something special about him. The air was somehow…different, you know? All the other girls felt it too….girls with boys…I’m sure you know all about it, given your age. No? (Awkward silence) Whatever, and yeah! He had this accent, and I’ve never heard anything like it. But it was so cute and sexy at the same time, I mean, I just had to go out with him.” Q. When did you first have a “thing” for him? “As you have probably guessed, I had a thing for him from the beginning. In fact, all the other girls did. But that don’t mean they’re gonna get the boy. You know, it’s one of those basic high school girl- boy clichés. The hottest chick gets the guy. AND you know, I don’t mean to brag or anything but we were simply meant for each other. We were so into dancing, we both loved the same songs, and that’s right! I remember! There was this time, I was doing my stuff in the school corridor and I was kind of scared, you know, cuz no one was there. Then suddenly, there was music ringing in my years, so I turned around and guess what, Jason was standing there with headphones in his hands, all fancy and gorgeous like, like a man. I guess that’s when I really fell for him.” Q. How did you two officially become a couple? “Jason proposed, naturally. He knew better than to keep me waiting when it was clear to everyone that we were into each other. But you know, a girl has her pride. I can’t go asking boys out whenever I feel like it! That is just sooooo beneath me. Anyway, Jason was very considerate in asking me out. He came to me one day, and out of thin air, he just suddenly told me that there was a girl he was into. I was, like, pissed off, so much. I mean, I always thought he had a thing for ME, not some other random nobody! But still, I had to keep my cool, you know, so I taught him a thing or two about girls and told him to roll along with it. That’s when he showed me this beautiful silver necklace, the one I’m wearing right now.” Q. I heard your relationship came into quite a rough patch, what happened? “After a few months, we realized that we weren’t making much progress on our relationship. My feelings towards him suddenly grew…how do I say this….well… stale…I really don’t know why. A girl’s heart wants what she wants, you know? Well…that’s about it. But it doesn’t matter, really, cuz we got back together. And that’s what matters. Did I say “matters” too many times? Well, doesn’t matter.” File # 80 Feb 14th Q. How did you come to like him? Alex and I were close friends. We would see our faces every other morning on the way to school, and we went to the same schools as well, come to think of it. Growing up in the same neighborhood sure made me feel very fondly about him. He was my best friend, like no other. He was a shoulder to cry on whenever I felt moody, a wide back to lift me up every time my feet felt sore, and the sweetest 24
