MERMAID by Arugula Rugula
Her emotions and feelings always come through to me in her photos and the subliminal meanings behind some can have you looking at them for hours and you will find new hidden depths to them. Her works of art are so very special to me and I want to share it with all of you and hopefully you will all take something from it.

JF: How long have to been taking photos and where did your love for Second life Photography begin?
AR: I have been taking photos in SL since I joined over three years ago. I found it fun and it was neat sim hopping and finding new places to take pictures of. Places I would never visit in Real Life (RL).
JF: What sim would be your favorite to take photos of at the moment?
AR: I love using Ironwood Hills. It is creepy and urban and allows rezzing, which is one of the best things for SL photographers.
JF: How would you say your photos evolved over the years?
AR: well when I first joined SL, I didn’t know about blogging or SL art. I just took scenic pictures and ones of my avatar. When I discovered blogs and Look of the day styles always excited me, so I started with those showcasing fashion from my bad shopping addiction. From there, I started to meet other bloggers, looked on Flickr for more inspiration and used my imagination to reach what I do today.
JF: Where does your inspiration usually come from when you do a photo?
AR: From how I feel sometimes, or a book I read or have read, TV shows, my imagination and also from what I see art that inspires me. My next big project is to make morbid Disney princesses *Laughs*
