To treat my pallet with the most
exciting flavours I entered 1st
bakery that came my way and it
was Chocolaterria SanChuros. 1 M
Block Market GK2 is the address of
this unique and most unbelievable
bakery in town, serving its
signature Chorros with a
wonderful presentation. Run by a
graceful lady I happened to know
the unique technique of preparing
Chorros. Parlour is designed in
such a marvellous way that you can
see your dish being prepared just
across the glass. Yes.. live cooking
giving a freedom of customization.
The awesome preparatiion
deleted the difference between
expectation and the real dish on
the table. Platter was beautifully
decorated with four crispy crunchy
hot churros, fresh banana diced,
mango cubes, toasted peanuts and super soft marshmallows centred with 2 slices of brownie and
pretzels along with a yummy hot milk chocolate dip in pot, more than enough for 2. I found awesome
churros for Rs.600 +taxes. I was enticed by Berry Bizcocho being served on a table next to me. So I
ordered one too. Smooth cool custard dripped down my and went deep into my heart. Lovely desert
for Rs.350+taxes was delectable. You won’t mind paying for such enjoyable Churros!!!
In spite of spacious ambience this place is always crowded. It has a pleasant decor and the staff is
extra courteous.
I am sure I am going to be a regular customer of Chocolaterria SanChurros...

# Do you know why I like hashtags###... they look like Waffles. Mind blowing experience I had at a
very tiny but a very prominent Waffle selling eatery in M-block market of GK1 in New Delhi.
Its best seller Nutella Waffle was light yet
crunchy from outside and soft inside with
freshly made nutella oozing out, having maple
syrup poured over it and a dash of grated salty
peanuts sprinkled over, served with Vanilla ice
cream and crushed nuts. All flavours balanced
and blended amazingly well. Even after being
100% vegetarian, the taste was finger licking.
Single portion for Rs.120/- and double for
Rs.220/- but I would suggest you to go for
double one!!! A complete value for money. This
place is highly recommended for the sweet
toothed!
All the flavours on its menu are a must try..
Chocolate, Blueberry, Salted Caramel &
Roasted Almonds, Classic Apple Cinnamon,
Mango and Strawberry Waffle.
This absolutely delightful gourmet can hardly
accommodate 2 people and 3 4 more on a
128 round table laid outside. It is always packed
